Four days ago, when I was watching StarWorld channel, I hear this song. This song used by StarWorld to be that channel's theme song for March ... something dedicated for woman. As soon as possible I searched on Google. Actually I don't know the tittle, and the singer. Just write 'you gotta be, a song' on Google, and tradaaaa ... 'You Gotta Be (Live)' from Des'ree. Do you know Des'ree? She is one of singer with golden voice. One of her song duet with Babyface tittle 'Fire'.
